Representatives from Lewis Architects, East Harding Construction, the Diocese of Little Rock and the City of Little Rock joined the community of St. Theresa for a groundbreaking ceremony on the last day of the school year, May 22, 2026. Although rain caused the event to be moved indoors, all participants still “left their mark” on the outdoor mural, invoking the prayers of our patroness St. Thérèse of Lisieux. 
June 1 is the start date for a remodel of Little Flower Hall, which will convert the space into 4 large studio classrooms and 2 small intervention spaces. Bathrooms will be remodeled, as well. The work is anticipated to be complete by Christmas 2026.
Additional parking will be added at the back of campus as part of this phase one construction project, as well.
St. Theresa Church and School are one community, one family in Christ. These renovated spaces will be available to the parish and school. We are grateful for the work of the Holy Spirit, the generosity of community partners, and the faithful commitment of our parish and school families.
