Technology at St. Theresa Catholic School continues to be
for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year. All teachers at St. Theresa School
now have late model Dell Computers with Dual Core CPU's.
St. Theresa School recently purchased seventeen iPads for our students to use.
Twenty new notebook
computers are also available for students.
The entire building now enjoys wireless network capabilities for notebook computers, iPads, and other similar devices
that many of
our teachers use for their classroom presentations.
Each classroom in grades kindergarten through eighth grade has
a ceiling mounted overhead projector. The projector in each classroom is connected
to the teacher's computer and the Internet.
Our Pre-K four year old class has a special computer that we recently
received. The IBM Young Explorer Computer was obtained through a grant written by Deacon B.J. Bowen. Deacon Bowen is the husband of
Mrs. Vernell Bowen, Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of
St. Theresa School has opened a Language Computer Lab,
a Social Studies/ Literature Computer Lab and a Math Computer Lab. All of
these are in our Upper School Building.
